السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته




أخواني أطرح هنا بين أياديكن نصائح قيمهـ عن كيفية مواجهة إساءة


الآخرين


بشكل طريف و مثمر بإذن الله ..







أي إنسان منا لا بد وأن يجد في بيئته ومجتمعه من يكرهه لسبب




ولآخر !




إذ لا يمكن أن يعيش إنسان بدون




ذلك وللأسف ، ليس في هذا العصر فحسب ، بل أحسب أن الأمر





قديم قدم البشر ..





وحتى لو حاول المرء منا






أن يكون أطيب من الطيبة ذاتها فلا بد وأن تجد من يعاديك أو يكرهك





بدرجة وأخرى ولو لم تلقاه يوماً أو إن صح وجاز التعبير لا تعرفه مطلقاً !

قد تكون أعمالك من أسباب كراهية ومعاداة البعض لك ،




وقد يكون نجاحك في حياتك من الأسباب أيضاً ،







وقد يأتي بروزك وشهرتك في المجتمع ضمن أسباب وبواعث المعاداة





في نفوس البعض ،





أو أسباب أخرى






عديدة أكثر من أن نحصيها في هذا المساحة المحدودة..







ليست هذه هي القضية الأساسية ، ولا أظن أنها تستأهل منا






التفكير فيها والاهتمام بها ،







بل تجاهلها هو الأفضل والأجدى .






ذلك أن الذي يكرهك أو يعاديك يكون





هو نفسه في ضيق وكدر دائمين ، وهذا في ظني







عقوبة قاسية منك لكارهك ومعاديك . وهذا أولاً ،







أما الخطوة التالية في زيادة الهم عند معاديك هي





إحراجه .. وهذه هي الطريقة






لو قام الذي يعاديك ويكرهك يوماً بذكر مساوئ ومعايب عنك أمام





الناس وفي حضورك ،ولكن من دون أن يشير إليك أو يذكر اسمك ،فلا





تقاومه.. وتدافع عن نفسك ..







بل قم أنت بتأييده وانتقاد من به تلك المساوئ أيضا..








ً وكأنك لا تعلم أبداً أنك المقصود ، وهذا ما سيثير استغرابه . .








حاول أن تجيب على تساؤلاته بالتطرق إلى موضوعات أخرى بعيدة






عن الموضوع ،فإن أصر على الموضوع وقام بتسميتك هذه المرة وأنك






المقصود ،فاظهر له استغرابك وأنك كنت تتوقع أن يكون ذلك مزحاً ..







فإن رأيت إصرارا منه ،قم بتلطيف الأجواء عن طريق إجابات طريفة





وسرد بعض النكات . .






وهذا ما سيعمل على إغاظته وإثارته أكثر فأكثر ،فتكون نتيجة ذلك






ظهوره بمظهر غير لائق وهو ثائر غضبان ،في حين تكون أنت كقطعة





ثلج في صحراء سيبيريا الباردة لا تذوب أبداً .









في ذلك الوقت سيبدأ الشخص بملاحظة نفسه






وأنه ثائر على لا شيء







وأن مظهره بالفعل غير لائق أمام الناس،،







فيبدأ بالميلان نحو التهدئة التلقائية ،






ومن ثم الوقوع تدريجياً في دائرة الإحراج ،بدءً من الناس الحاضرين أو




منك أنت المكروه ..






وموقفك ذلك سيجعله ..






يفكر مستقبلاً ألف مرةقبل أن يهاجمك أمام الآخرين ،وسيدرك أنه ما






كان يجب عليه القيام بذلك ،فتراه وقد تركك نهائياً








( قد لا يكون من المرة الأولى ) ،،








بل قد يترك معاداتك وكراهيتك أيضاً ..






من هنا يتبين..







أن القوة في المرء هي في كتم الغيظ وضبط النفس ،







وليست في الرد ..بالمثل. .







فإن الذي يهاجم غيره ، يترك دائماً ثغرات كثيرة دون أن يدرك ذلك





،فتكون تلك الثغرات هي منطلقات للهجوم المضاد من الطرف الآخر إن






أراد ،،





ويكون ذلك الهجوم بالضرورة مؤثراً ..








ومن ذلك يتعين على أي فرد منا الابتعاد عن تلك التفاهات وصغائر






الأمور ،ولا يدع مجالاً أو مساحة في القلب لكره أحد أو معاداته ،،





فالحياة قصيرة ولا تستحق ..

وليست في الرد بالمثل .

شخص يكرهني لا اظن اني سافكر مجرد تفكير ولو في غضون ثواني ان اشغل فكري في البحث عن طريقة تحرجه او اي كان

ومن المؤكد اني ساعلم وقتها انه يبحث عن الكثير من الطرق ليبين لي عن حدة كره ومشاعره السلبيه نحوي
